With this classic we will introduce you to the proud history of Miltenberg. You will get to know the most important buildings and learn interesting facts about the development of our city on the Main. Of course, we don‘t leave out the Würzburg Gate and the Mainz Gate, as the two are late medieval towers that once regulated access to the city with their passage. We will also introduce you to the “Zum Riesen” house, which was first mentioned in 1411 and is one of the oldest inns in Germany. From Wallenstein to Heinz Rühmann to Elvis Presley, famous personalities have always come to this venerable hostel. So we tell you a lot of facts, some anecdotes, facts and things handed down about our proud city on the beautiful Main.
